These Boots Were Made for Walking

Isn't fun to play dress up? I think Mads enjoyed trying on these new boots - sure is hard to cawl, though!!!

Maddy and McDonalds

We introduced Maddy to McDonalds - she grabbed that double cheese burger and wouldn't let go - and french fries - she had them in both fists! And if you didn't share with her - watch out !! - she'd let you have it!!!!

Father's Day

This Father's Day the whole family went to Aunt Lisa's house for a picnic - Nonnie bought steaks for the men - YUM!! There was swimming and horse shoes and bike rides and playing Wii - it was so nice to be together.

My Dad is such a blessing - the kids love hanging out in the backyard with Poppy - you're a great guy Dad!!

Flower Field Trip

Mikey and Macy's grandpa - Poppy - has a green thumb - he took them to a local garden shop to check out the flowers - Macy couldn't resist picking the little tiny buds!!! Yikes!!

Maddy's Bath Time Fun

Maddy just loves to take a bath - especially at Nonnie and Poppy's house - they have a bigger sink!!!

Sparky's Graduation

Wednesday was Mikey and Macy's Awana graduation - they had to learn a lot of verses - we are very proud of them!! This is Mikey's last year in Sparks - next year he'll be with the big kids and ride the bus to the high school for Awana! He was very proud of his plaque with its solid gold cover!!

Fun in the Sun

It's always nice to have an unexpected day off with Daddy - and that is what we had today - Daddy set up the kiddie pool and spent some time with the kids outside - he even tested the slide to make sure it was safe!! Barkus even got in on the action!
